Memories and Links

Shortly after I re-entered world I found Tigerfeets latenight game of 21 I looked forward to playing the game after getting home from work

He always carried his vine seat to sit in while hosting when he would bust the players in the game I would tease we were going to cut that vine :P

He also surprised me one night around Christmas he seen my Kringle Wish of a Sorcerer's Hat an old AW item.

I was shocked when he gave it to me.... I told him I would never take it off as it was part of the original look of Akhag the Ugly in the old Second Kingdom.  I thanked him over and over again. And i still wear the hat today

Rest in Peace Tigerfeet

Akhag the Ugly

While I didn't know "TigerFeet" very well, I knew him well enough to know he was kind, generous, caring, and a beautiful person.  I did not get to talk to him much, I wish I had, I've heard so many  say he was wonderful to just talk to.

He did give me something very special. I had managed to collect all  but one sprite/pixie/fairy iw, all but one very rare, green, old SK (before the merge) called simply "Pixie".

I wanted this so that I had ALL of them iw, but I knew it was very rare and I probably would never find one and/or could not afford it in tokens. Soon after posting in the forums, I got an esp from Tig, it said, did you get that Pixie yet, and I said no, I cannot find one anywhere. He said please meet me in the private elevator, I said okay... and when I appeared, he handed me "Pixie", he said I hate to part with this, I had 3, I gave one away, and I have one for myself, but I know how much you want one...I was so very, very touched. I really could not tell him how much or express it, but I must have sent him a zillion HUGS and THANK YOU's and I really hope that he KNEW how MUCH that 1 small gesture, over a mere pixel, meant to me!!!!

I have heard he found good in everyone, a rare trait today, it's something that I find hard and I consider myself a good person, but to find something good in everyone all the time is such a very special gift and even seems more special when you know that person was often ill. He left us so very young and I wish I had gotten to know him better. I have to say that he has a very lucky family, very lucky friends, and well...he has touched many, if only for a minute.

Dream well TigerFeet/Sheriff of Dreamscape, God Bless you and your family, may you soar on the wings of eagles, may fly with the angels, you will be missed.

The Order of the Arrow (OA) is a program of the Boy Scout division of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). It is the BSA's national honor society for experienced campers, based on American Indian traditions, and dedicated to the ideal of cheerful service. Members of the Order of the Arrow are called Arrowmen.

Tigerfeet was an Arrowman.  He was a Vigil member.

The Vigil Honor is the highest honor that the Order of the Arrow can bestow upon its members for service to lodge, council, and Scouting. Membership cannot be won by a person's conscious endeavors.

Alertness to the needs of others is the mark of the Vigil Honor.

It calls for an individual with an unusual awareness of the possibilities within each situation.

The Vigil Honor is a high mark of distinction and recognition reserved for those Arrowmen who, by reason of exceptional service, personal effort, and unselfish interest, have made distinguished contributions beyond the immediate responsibilities of their position of office.

Yup.. that sure sounds like Tigerfeet doncha think? :)

I thought it only fitting to deco a room in a turf for Tig's Arrowmen camping.  :)

A Celebration of Life!

A Memorial was held for Tigerfeet on November 1, 2006.  Over 70 people came through the turf at last count.  You can access the Memorial Turf through his Doorville Door, #8, Birch Boulevard.

This is the entry, a beautiful memorial garden created by Phazette of Second Kingdom.  99% of the items in here are engraved items retrieved from the memorials that were places around DreamScape.

This room has Tigerfeet's Staff collection, a warm fire and plenty of comfy seats for people to relax and chat about memories.  He has many more staffs and as more are discovered, they will be placed here.

His "famous" Googah collection! A fun room to take a walk in!

A room for Clue.. This room holds many happy memories for the regular attendees of his Clue game that was held in this location.  His wonderful bat collection adorns the ceiling.

There are links all over this turf, to his memorial page, the auction page to raise funds for his children's education and some of his favorite music.

Let the celebration begin!

Oracle DK speaks fondly of Tigerfeet.

Zigamus and Cricket came to pay their respects and to complete the googah collection.

Tigerfeet's good friend Guildmaster Skipper SK was present to see his friend off.

Newbie, "Josh" came to pay his final respects to "Welcomer Tigerfeet."

Lady Cottington hosted Tiger's final game of Clue,  a lot of his regular players were there including Tabitha, JsBabe, WsBabe, LadyFire, Nisi, Phazette and Candice.

Prizes for this game were out of his host prize turf, his collection of Sherlock hats and his " I host in the streets bears".

An amazing show of appreciation from Tigerfeet.... he flew NUTTY along side him!

Only Phazette saw this, so she snapped it and sent it in.

Bless her little purkle bodied  red headed heart!
